As a Technical Product Manager intern at GE Aerospace, I worked within the Supply Chain organization of GE’s classified R&D defense unit, Edison Works. I collaborated across multiple teams to streamline documentation and resources by developing SharePoint pages that centralized ERP and Edison Works DT materials, improving accessibility for four subteams and over 60 users. Additionally, I configured CyberArk IAM access and led IT migration efforts, supporting more than 25 consultants from PwC and Dassian, gaining valuable experience in cross-functional coordination and enterprise IT processes. I also had the pleasure of meeting and learning from 30+ talented developers, managers, and executives in areas including Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure, and Technical Management.
As a Cloud Engineering Intern, I contributed to the team’s effort to migrate on-premises servers to AWS as part of a two-year DTE modernization initiative. I set up and managed CloudWatch alarms for EC2 and EFS to monitor CPU, I/O, and workload thresholds, ensuring system reliability. This internship provided hands-on experience with AWS cloud services while reinforcing a strong theoretical foundation in cloud infrastructure and system monitoring.
